This beautiful Hotel La Cisterna is an elegant 14th-century building that offers free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen satellite TV and Florentine-style rooms. For dining they serve a continental breakfast buffet and a fine meal of fine Tuscan cuisine at the restaurant Le Terrazze and you can enjoy the view of the square or the beautiful Tuscan countryside
The view from the room was like something out of a postcard. Just below our balcony on the pedestrian street you could hear (if you had the door open) endless gasps and admiring sighs from passers-by who were just coming around the corner and seeing the view you have all the time! The soundproofing from outside to inside was amazing - there was a big music festival (the summer party they have once a month) and we couldn't hear anything when we went to sleep relatively early (by Italian standards - 10:45).
