The Hotel Van Walsum is located in a historic building, in a quiet part of the center of Rotterdam. From the hotel you can easily reach various sights such as the Euromast, various museums, Blijdorp Zoo and the harbor on foot. You can reach the museum park on foot in around five minutes. The hotel's 28 rooms are brightly decorated and have a private bathroom. In the lounge you can relax and enjoy a snack or drink. On the covered terrace you can relax wonderfully after an impressive day on a beautiful day. The breakfast consists of organic and fair trade products.
We had a really nice room on the 4th floor and it was very warm and cozy. We enjoyed it so much as this was a rarity in the Netherlands so we recommend it to travelers who like a warm bed. We were freezing in some of the other hotels we stayed at. The bed was comfortable and the room had everything you need. The breakfast was delicious and the location is great, in the city center. The people who work there are so nice and helpful. We would definitely choose this hotel again.
