Sam, the host, is probably one of the best hosts we have encountered. He contacted us several times before and during our stay to ask us about everything and to make sure everything was ok. The apartment is old but very cozy, nice and clean and of course the jacuzzi was a big plus and worked perfectly. But of course, don't expect anything modern and new. The location is nice, the street is pretty quiet and it feels very safe. You are 30 minutes walk from the big center and much shorter by bike or public transport.
