Due to travel uncertainties we booked and arrived late, but we were looked after wonderfully by everyone. A lovely friendly receptionist, great bartender and chef prepared a fabulous cold platter after the kitchen closed. Our room and the rest of the hotel is a nice mix of old, new and comfort. We will definitely come back but will have more time to enjoy it next time. An evening walk through Dokkum whet the appetite for a return visit.
